History

Leadership Technologies LLC provides consulting and training services to corporate and public sector organizations who wish to establish mentoring, leadership and career development programs. For two decades, the founder and principal of Leadership Technologies, Dr. Rita Boags has designed and implemented programs which positively impact diverse populations in organizations.

The design foundation of Leadership Technologies’ programs rests upon behavioral science fundamentals as they are applied in each organization’s structure and unique culture. These programs are designed to achieve measurable and lasting results for program participants and their organizations. Results are achieved through the application of a systems approach to human resource development.

Leadership Technologies seeks to become a strategic partner with its clients and provide the expertise and knowledge for them to become self-sufficient in those areas in which they desire competence. While Leadership Technologies brings Best Practices models to its programs, clients are encouraged to customize and tailor programs to fit their organization’s needs.
