• Building Diverse Leadership Pipelines is a core offering of Leadership Technologies. The program and its components are a response to the extremely slow progress made by women and minorities to top positions in both the public and private employment sectors.
• The current approach is the outgrowth of 20 years of experience in the diversity and human resource development disciplines as a remedy to the “Glass Ceiling” in upward mobility.
• We offer consulting and comprehensive training on how to change systemic under-representation and provide tested tactics and tools.
