Organizational Assessment Questionnaire on Mentoring©

The questionnaire is designed to evaluate current development practices and specifically the role of Mentoring in an organization. Results will summarize an organization’s readiness for a formal Mentoring Program.

• The information gathered from this employee survey is used to assist the company (agency or firm) to design and administer a Best Practices Mentoring program.
• In order to customize the design to specific organizations, and its sub-units, interested employees are asked to complete this brief 20 minute questionnaire.
• Results can be broken out by sub-units and demographic groups to assess current development and mentoring practices.

• The vast majority of organization’s providing Mentoring Programs use their company’s intranet to educate, inform and market their programs. In addition to the educational function, the intranet web site contains information concerning participant criteria and applications to the program.
